We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.
Please review our Return Policy below for detailed instructions. If your order qualifies for a return under our policy, simply visit our Return Portal to begin the process.

For domestic orders, you are welcome to return any unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You may also exchange items or return them for store credit within 30 days. Items purchased during Sales events such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Returns for online orders for a refund must be initiated online within 14 days of delivery date. When returning for a refund, there will be a handling fee depending on the purchase amount, but no more than $20.
- If you initiate a return between 14 and 30 days after the delivery date, we will issue store credit for the original purchase price.
- All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, and in its original condition as well as original packaging. All RG pieces must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. If any item shows signs of wear, an additional cleaning and re-polishing fee may apply.
- It is not possible to return or exchange pieces that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized.
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the listing description are not eligible for returns.

Once received, your piece(s) will enter our quality control inspection process. If the piece(s) is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take approximately seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. (Please note that this timeframe may be longer around holidays or other popular gifting seasons). If the piece is unable to pass the quality control inspection, we will be in touch with the next steps to return the piece(s) back to you.
Should you wish to return or exchange your shoprg.com purchase, you may either visit a RG boutique or complete the return or exchange online via our Return Portal. The easiest way is to receive store credit for your return, and use the credit to purchase the new item / size.
If you need to cancel an order please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that due to the handmade nature of most of our items, we may not be able to accept a cancellation as production and processing begins once we receive your order.
An agreement for RG ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Due to the nature of many of our items being handmade with precious metals, once an order is placed, all orders are considered final and may not be cancelled
Once received, your piece will enter our quality control inspection process. If the item is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take five to seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed.
You may exchange or return an item for store credit that was gifted to you using our return portal.
You are welcome to visit a RG boutique for your return.
Items purchased in North America boutiques may be returned for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must meet the conditions for return and belong to a current collection, as we do not exchange discontinued pieces.
With the exception of cash purchases, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via original method of payment. Purchases made in cash will be refunded via check in the mail within 5 - 7 business days.
- We accept returns and exchanges for international purchases, however the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and any shipping costs associated with it. RG is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Please note, that international orders may incur duties and tax fees, which are outside our control and cannot be returned back to you.

Please note, we offer store credit or exchanges for gift orders, as long as items are returned within the 30-days of the delivered date. Bring in your gifted piece along with the order number, or gift receipt.
