Our 14k made-to-order items typically ship within 1 - 3 weeks depending the extent of work that goes into each piece. Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order. However, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we will do our best to support you.

An agreement for RG ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed.

We ship using a variety of different carriers including, FedEx, USPS, DHL (International), and UPS. All available shipping options will be provided to you at checkout.

• We ship to most countries outside of the US.
• Please note, that international orders may incur duties and taxes, which are typically collected during the checkout process. If duties and taxes were not collected at checkout, there maybe duties and taxes upon delivery of the item which RG is not responsible for.

Login to your RG account and simply select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you’ll receive an update via email with your tracking number.

If you don't have an account, you can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will then appear under "My Orders".
